The role

  • Grow Anarlog into a product people keep using, recommend, and pay for.
  • Study product data and talk to users. Set the goals, choose the roadmap, and make the final product calls.
  • Own product quality and growth, from activation and retention to demos, pilots, and sales.
  • Form hypotheses and act on them independently. Use team meetings to share context, challenge uncertain decisions, and coordinate work.
  • Use frontier models and trusted contractors when they help you ship faster. You still own the quality of the result.

Craftsmanship

Care about the details users feel. Move quickly and ship work you would put your name on.

Thirst for growth

Look for harder problems and sharper feedback. Use AI to widen your range, then act on what you learn.

You might be a fit if

  • Your personal website shows taste, judgment, and finished work.
  • You have taken a project from idea to users, revenue, or another measurable result.
  • Your strongest skills are product, design, and growth. You are ready to become excellent at sales.
  1. 1 week

Complete company and software onboarding. Learn how John and the team think about product, craft, and growth so you can operate independently in week two.

  2. 1 month

Make progress every week. Study the product and business, choose your first hypotheses, and ship at least one significant change.

  3. 1 quarter

Run the product and growth loop independently. Ship, study what changes, work with the Video Creator when the strategy needs it, and build on what can compound.

  4. 1 year

Your product and growth decisions have compounded. People keep using and recommending Anarlog, and the business has a durable path forward.

Hiring process

  1. Apply by email. We review the work and decisions you share.
  2. 40-minute call. We discuss your work, the role, product judgment, growth instincts, and your interest in sales.
  3. Work trial. You join our remote workspace for up to a week and work with us on a real Anarlog growth problem.
  4. Offer. We agree on scope, compensation, equity, and a start date.

Apply

Send your personal website, one project you drove from idea to result, what changed because of it, and what you would investigate first at Anarlog.

Unless you won an IMO gold medal, don't attach a résumé or CV. I won't review your application. I will literally block you.
